Profitability Analysis in Measuring The Financial Performance of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (2021–2025)

This study contributes to assessing the financial performance of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk in generating profits from revenue, assets, and capital amidst post-pandemic market dynamics and after its listing on the stock exchange. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The secondary data for this study are the audited annual financial statements of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk for the period 2021-2025. Profitability measurements utilize three main ratios: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The analysis results indicate a fluctuating trend in the company's financial performance. At the beginning of the period, the company posted profit growth, but in 2024-2025, the net profit margin value decreased significantly, despite the company obtaining additional funds through an IPO in 2023 to optimize profit from its operations. At the end of the observation period, there were also indications of suboptimal utilization of assets and equity in generating net profit, resulting in a decline in ROA and ROE values. This research provides recommendations for company management to improve operational cost efficiency and develop a stricter asset management strategy to restore profitability stability in the future.
