The Effect of Workplace Loneliness, Job Stress, and Work–Family Conflict on The Turnover Intention of Millennial Employees in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi

This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace loneliness, job stress, and work- family conflict on turnover intention among millennial employees in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. The research method used is a quantitative approach with primary informasi collected through questionnaires. The population of respondents consists of millennial employees in Mamuju Regency totaling 93.825 people, and the sample size was determined using the Slovin resep, resulting in 100 respondents. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, partial testing( t- test), and simultaneous testing( F- test). The results show that the variables of workplace loneliness, job stress, and work- family conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention.
