This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace bullying on turnover intention with burnout as a mediating variable among employees of PT Sekawan Sumber Sejahtera. The approach used is quantitative with a purposive sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R²), and Sobel test to test the mediating role. The results showed that workplace bullying did not have a significant effect on turnover intention. However, workplace bullying had a positive and significant effect on burnout. Furthermore, burnout was proven to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The mediation test showed that burnout was able to mediate the effect of workplace bullying on turnover intention. This finding indicates that workplace bullying does not directly increase employee turnover intention, but can encourage the emergence of burnout which ultimately increases turnover intention.
