Abstract

Perusahaan Umum Daerah  Air Minum  (PDAM) Kota Magelang merupakan salah satu unit usaha milik Pemerintah Daerah Kota Magelang yang bergerak dalam jasa mendistribusikan air bersih bagi masyarakat Kota Magelang .  Dalam  usahanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih pelanggannya, PDAM menggunakan 5 mata air yang salah satunya adalah mata air kanoman di Sudimoro, Candimulyo, Kabupaten  Magelang .


Secara geografis letak mata air tersebut ketinggiannya berada dibawah  kota Magelang, maka pendistribusian air bersih dari mata air kanoman kepada pelanggan menggunakan sistem pompa sentrifugal. Untuk menjamin  fungsi pompa beroperasi secara optimal maka perlu kebijakan perawatan  agar  fungsi sistem tersedia. Metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) dan Maintenance Task digunakan untuk menganalisis komponen agar fungsi sistem dapat dijamin ketersediaannya. Berdasarkan analisis dapat diputuskan kebijakan breakdown maintenance dan tindakan perawatan dengan metode yang lain.
