Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan rotasi kerja pada perilaku organisasi di Bank Syariah Indonesia Surakarta. Dalam Penelitian ini merupakan jenisnya kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kasus dilapangan, responden yang digunakan adalah Perusahaan Bank Syariah Indonesia Surakarta. Dalam pencarian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperolah berdasarkan hasil dari jawaban responden. Sedangkan, Data sekunder ini diperoleh dari profil Perusahaan dan literatur-literatur yang berhubungan dengan sember daya manusia.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Stress kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Job Rotation memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
