Abstract
The quality of service even though intangible, remains a crucial thing. As set forth in Law Number 20 Year 2003 regarding National Education System and Government Regulation Number 19 Year 2005 regarding National Education Standards stating that quality assurance is mandatory both internal and external. So it is deemed necessary for an educational institution to analyze how well the performance performed by the staff both in
terms of administration and the process of teaching and learning activities. Faculty of Economics and bussiness Muria Kudus University as a faculty that has the largest number of students in the campus of Muria Kudus University is also necessary to examine further how the level of student satisfaction and what concrete steps need to be done in order to improve the performance of education services. This study uses Importance-Performance Analysis with the number of respondents as many as 215 students of management registered actively. The expected result satisfaction index and attribute that need to be followed up in an effort to improve the quality of education service of Economics Faculty of Muria Kudus University.
