Analisis Dinamika Motivasi Kerja pada Guru Non-Formal dalam Perspektif Self-Determination Theory: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika motivasi kerja pada guru non-formal, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik yang memengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematik literatur review (SLR), yang mengkaji artikel-artikel yang relevan dari berbagai sumber terkait motivasi kerja guru non-formal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, seperti kepuasan dalam mengajar dan perasaan berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan peserta didik, berperan utama dalam meningkatkan komitmen dan kualitas pengajaran guru non-formal. Motivasi ekstrinsik, seperti penghargaan dan insentif, juga memberikan dorongan tambahan, meskipun dalam jangka panjang, pengaruhnya lebih terbatas. Kepemimpinan yang mendukung otonomi guru, pengalaman kerja, serta dukungan sosial antar rekan sejawat ditemukan berperan penting dalam memperkuat motivasi kerja guru. Faktor psikologis, termasuk regulasi emosi, juga berperan dalam mempertahankan motivasi meskipun dihadapkan pada stres. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami dinamika motivasi kerja guru non-formal dan implikasinya untuk pengelolaan pendidikan non-formal.
