Hubungan Self Compassion dan Kebersyukuran terhadap Burnout pada Guru Sekolah Dasar
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tuntutan profesional guru sekolah dasar yang berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan psikologis dan risiko burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan self-compassion dan kebersyukuran terhadap burnout pada guru sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 300 guru sebagai responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Maslach Burnout Inventory–Educators Survey (MBI-ES), Self-Compassion Scale (SCS), dan Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat burnout responden cenderung rendah, sementara self-compassion dan kebersyukuran berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (β = -1,019; p < 0,001), demikian pula kebersyukuran (β = -0,861; p < 0,001). Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion dan kebersyukuran secara bersama-sama berhubungan signifikan dengan burnout (R = 0,717; R² = 0,514; p < 0,001), yang berarti kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 51,4% variasi burnout. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion dan kebersyukuran berperan sebagai faktor protektif dalam menurunkan burnout pada guru. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan intervensi berbasis psikologi positif, seperti pelatihan self-compassion dan program peningkatan kebersyukuran, sebagai strategi preventif untuk menjaga kesehatan mental guru dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
