Borobudur Law Review (Burrev) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research articles, comparative studies, case studies, and policy analyses in the field of tourism and hospitality law. Borobudur Law Review is published semi-annual (twice a year) by Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, Indonesia. Burrev is dedicated to fostering academic and practical discourse on legal issues within the tourism and hospitality sector. As a platform for innovation and scholarly dialogue, the journal encourages contributions from academics and practitioners worldwide. All articles are published in English version, available online, and address diverse topics, but not limited to: Tourism Law, Hospitality Law, Sustainable Tourism, and Legal Frameworks for Cultural Heritage. Borobudur Law Review aims to contribute to the development of responsive legal scholarship and practices in the rapidly evolving tourism and hospitality industry.
