Abstract
Indonesia faces demographic challenges with a significant increase in the elderly population, particularly in the PCA Ngampilan area of Yogyakarta. To comprehensively improve the quality of life for the elderly, this community service program aims to provide training and mentoring in productive activities and healthy lifestyles. The method used adopts a community-based empowerment approach, with activities carried out through several stages, namely an initial assessment of the main problems faced by the elderly, enhancing knowledge about the importance of productive activities and a healthy lifestyle, practical skills training, and providing grants in the form of guidebooks and health equipment. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of participants, with an improvement in understanding of productive activities by 85% and of healthy lifestyles by 88%.
