Marketing Policy: Author Invitation and Submission

Announcements on the Journal Website: We regularly update our website with open calls for papers, special issue themes, and important submission deadlines to provide clear and transparent information for potential contributors.

Communication Through Academic and Professional Associations: We collaborate with relevant academic associations and research institutions to reach prospective authors whose expertise is aligned with the focus of the journal.

Direct Personal Communication: Editors or editorial staff may extend personal invitations to scholars or researchers whose previous work demonstrates relevance and quality in line with the journal’s objectives. However, such invitations are extended professionally and never imply guaranteed publication.

No Promises of Fast-Track Acceptance Guarantees: We do not guarantee review or acceptance within a specific timeframe. Manuscripts are processed based on editorial readiness, reviewer availability, and the quality of submissions.

No Aggressive or Unsolicited Mass Invitations: We do not engage in predatory or indiscriminate email campaigns to solicit manuscripts. Community Empowerment refrains from any form of coercive or overly persistent recruitment of authors.
Advertising Policy

Community Empowerment sets high ethical standards in all its activities and, above all, defends the right to editorial independence. It does not allow advertising or sponsorship to influence the decisions made on editorial content.

Readers understand that advertising is different from editorial material. They know that the claims made in advertising are not endorsed by Community Empowerment.

Community Empowerment will carry advertisements that are legal and decent and conform to current recommendations and guidelines.

Decisions on the positioning of advertisements are made independently of decisions made in the editorial department on the content of a specific issue.

Editorial material will not be influenced by advertising. Community Empowerment does not publish material to accompany advertising and does not sell advertising in relation to particular articles.

All decisions are at the discretion of the editor. If commercial clients adhere to these guidelines then their advertisement or sponsorship is likely to be accepted. Occasionally decisions may take time.
