Author Guidelines

Before submitting your manuscript:

  • See Author Guidelines to organize your paper and read carefully for Publication Ethics
  • For submissions, upload your manuscript by selecting "Article Text" (submission stage)
  • If your manuscript passes the review process, you must upload the revised manuscript and response letter by uploading "Response letter" (revision stage)
  • The accepted article will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 or USD 30. See the APC of this journal
New Authors: Please click the "Register" link from the menu above and enter the requested information.
Note: If you have received an email from us with an assigned user ID and password, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. Just log in to the system as "Author".
Authors: Please refer to the Author Guidelines for details and additional information on how to prepare your manuscript to meet the journal's requirements. Please log in to the system as 'Author'. Then submit your manuscript and track its progress through the system.
Returning Author: Please use the provided username and password and log in as 'Author' to track your manuscript or to submit a NEW manuscript. (Do not register again as you will then be unable to track your manuscript).
Reviewers: Please log in to the system as "Reviewer". You may view and/or download manuscripts assigned to you for review, submit your comments for the editors and the authors, and track the progress of your manuscripts through the system. Note: Please click the "Accept" or "Decline" button as soon as possible after receipt of the email asking you to review a manuscript.
To Change Your Username and Password: To change your password, you must log in to your account and click the "Change My Password" link at the "My Account" block then follow the directions.
Forgot Your Password? If you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot your password?" in the frame above and follow the directions.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The manuscript is free of plagiarism and has met the publication ethics.
  • All authors have significantly contributed to the manuscript.
  • I declare that if generative AI or AI-assisted technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) were used in the writing process, they were only applied to improve language clarity or readability, and not to generate, interpret, or alter scientific content. The use of such tools was conducted under human oversight and the authors take full responsibility for the content of the manuscript.
  • I confirm that no generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used to create, modify, or manipulate figures, images, or artwork, except where such use is explicitly part of the research methodology and has been clearly described in the methods section.
  • I understand that AI tools cannot be listed as authors and that authorship requires human accountability for the integrity and originality of the work, including compliance with ethical standards and copyright.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided and the use of Mendeley application is mandatory.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • If the article is accepted, the author will be charged IDR 500,000 (Indonesian) or USD 30 (Foreigner) for typesetting, editing, and long-term archiving fees
