Abstract

There has been a significant impact on health services since the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. The use of technology in health services is expected to bridge the limited access and reduce physical contact. In response to these circumstances, "Bestcare Unissula" recently implemented a virtual homecare application to improve service quality and accelerate the treatment of injuries. This study involved the management of 10 participants with cancer and diabetic wounds from March-May 2021 in Semarang City. The results showed that the bleeding in cancer injuries decreased by 60%, while the diet and medication adherence increased by 90%, after the homecare service. Furthermore, 80% of the wounds obtained a faster healing rate.
