Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Authentic Leadership on Employee Performance with the mediation of Employee Creativity at Lazismu in the Central Java region. The research method used is quantitative. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 180 respondents who met the sampling criteria. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 4. The results of this study show that Authentic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Authentic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity, employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Authentic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediation of employee creativity.
