Abstract
Turnover intention is the employees desire to leave the company which can have an impact on the stability and performance of the organization. High turnover can result in high human resource management costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of individual characteristics, workplace Incivility, and transformational leadership on turnover intention. The population in this study were 199 employees of PT Hasta Kencana Sakti. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and purposive sampling technique from 112 respondents who were employees with a work period of more than one year. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression processed with SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that workplace Incivility was proven to have a positive and significant effect, while individual characteristics and transformational leadership were proven to have no effect on turnover intention
