Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Green Organizational Culture (GOC) on Green Innovation Practices (GIP) with Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Green OCB) as a moderating variable. The study employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires from 100 employees at the Environmental Agency in Magelang. The data were analyzed using the WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of the study show that Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on Green Innovation Practices, Green Organization Culture has a positive and significant effect on Green Innovation Practices, Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not moderate the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Green Innovation Practices, and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior moderates the effect of Green Organization Culture on Green Innovation Practices.
