Implementasi Hukum Islam Pada Praktik Jual Beli Buket Uang: Studi Kasus Pada Toko Merakit Florist

Abstract

The phenomenon of money bouquets as a popular gift among the public, usually as graduation, birthday and wedding gifts. However, behind its popularity, the practice of buying and selling money bouquets contains various problems that need to be studied, especially related to aspects of the contract, price clarity and the potential for elements of gharar (unclarity) and usury. This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling money bouquets at Merakit Florist and to determine the implementation of Islamic law in the practice of buying and selling money bouquets at Merakit Florist. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the transaction of buying and selling money bouquets at Merakit Florist does not sell money but sells materials and wages for making money bouquets. The contract used in this transaction is a sale and purchase contract. What is sold is the material or accessories
