Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and job
satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with organizational commitment as an
intervening variable at PT. Telkom Magelang. This type of research is quantitative with a
questionnaire as a source of data. The population used is all employees of PT. Telkom
Magelang. The sampling technique using census is the sampling technique that is given
restrictions in accordance with the objectives of the study. The sample in this study were 60
respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The
results of the study showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect
on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior. transformational leadership has a positive effect on
organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative effect on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational commitment cannot mediate the
relationship between transformational leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. in
addition, organizational commitment cannot mediate between job satisfaction with
Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
