Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of employee work discipline and employee motivation
on the work commitment of PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Field Prabumulih employees. Research
was developed with associative design. There are three variables used, namely employee
work discipline, employee work motivation, and employee work commitment. The sample is
determined as many as 168 employees taken by stratified sampling. The main data needed is
primary data using questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing results prove that simultaneously there is an
influence of employee work discipline and employee work motivation on employee work
commitments. Nevertheless partially both employee work discipline and employee work
motivation have no significant effect on employee organizational commitment.
