Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the reward and transformational leadership effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Armada Finance City of Magelang. This type of research is quantitative with questionnaires as source of data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 95 employees of PT. Armada Finance City of Magelang. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that rewards and transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, rewards and transformational leadership has a positive and significant on employee job satisfaction. Whereas rewards and transformational leadership have indirectly relationship to the employee performance.
