Abstract
The herbal turmeric acid and simple acupressure techniques have been proven to be effective in relieving dysmenorrhea. This article presents an integrated community service experience through the dissemination of herbal medicine-making skills and the practice of acupressure at four points independently for the treatment of dysmenorrheal disorders. 20 female students of the Tidar Dudan Islamic Boarding School were involved in a series of activities which included socialization, training and mentoring. After following all stages of the activity, the evaluation showed that all participants were able to apply the four-point acupressure technique and were able to make herbal turmeric acid.
