Abstract

The aim of this study to see the influence of the three components of organizational commitment there are the affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment toward employee performance. The other aim is that to try the influence of affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment toward employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the moderation variable. The population in this study is SPBU Makmur Group’s employee. The sample is using purposive sampling with the amount 70 respondents. The analysis tool that is used is SEM-PLS 5.0. The study result shows that affective commitment has a positive influence and it is significant toward employee performance. Continuance commitment has negative influence but it is significant toward employee performance. Normative commitment has a negative influence and it is insignificant toward employee performance. OCB has a negative contribution but it is significant to a moderate affective commitment toward employee performance. OCB moderate positively at the influence of continuance commitment toward employee performance but it is insignificant and at the normative commitment influence toward employee performance.
