Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job rotation, compensation, and workload on employee performance. Another purpose is to test the effect of job rotation, compensation, and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Tidar Kota Magelang 860 people. Samples in this research is taken by purposive sampling method. The analyzer used is SEM-PLS 5.0 . The results of this study indicate that job rotation has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work load positively affects employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. Job rotation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Work load has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not mediate job rotation relationships, compensation, and workload on employee performance.
