Abstract

The training of snack making from corn material has been done in Plosokerep. Training has been given useful to increase knowledge on Plosokerep community about entrepreneurship. At first Plosokerep community only prioritize income from corn farming. Their agricultural produce is sold directly without being processed first so that the selling price is low. They sell their corn without being processed first, for example it is made into a snack, fodder or other.However they sell corn in wet conditions. After the training, the Plosokerep people have been able to make snacks from corn. Not only that, Plosokerep people are also given management training. So as to increase the income of Plosokerep people. Plosokerep people can already produce snacks from corn by using extruder.
