Abstract

Educational Action Research was conducted aims to increase interest and ability to use the power point for teachers of adaptive through clinical supervision and coaching in SMK Negeri 3 Magelang. One of the factors that influence the success in the learning process is the use of instructional media, among which how to teach using the computer media and one operation of Microsoft Power Point. Research was conducted during three months from July to September 2012. The object is adaptive teachers on the subjects of English and Science consisting of 7 Civil Servant and 1 Master Variable. Increasing the interest and ability to use power point for teachers of adaptive through clinical supervision is to know clearly the problems faced by teachers in teaching the use of information technology media microsoft power point so it can be a solution by way of guidance. The results showed an increase in the application of clinical supervision and coaching can be seen from the scor average interest and ability to use PowerPoint on a pre cycle of 2.38 and after implementation cycle I and cycle II increased to 4, 24, means an increase by 37.3% , To achieve its mission, the school-based learning to develop information and communication technology, suggested all teachers apply learning by using powerpoint
