Automotive Experiences

Automotive Experiences is pleased to announce the implementation of a new manuscript template, effective for all submissions from June 2026 onward.

The updated template has been introduced to improve transparency, author identification, and academic publishing standards. Authors are requested to carefully follow the new template before submitting their manuscripts.

The following information is now mandatory:

• Email addresses of all authors;
• ORCID iDs of all authors; and
• Phone number of the corresponding author.

In addition, as part of the journal's commitment to academic integrity and quality assurance, authors are required to include a Declaration of Generative AI in the Writing Process in accordance with the journal's GEN-AI Policy. This declaration must clearly state whether generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used during manuscript preparation.

Authors are strongly encouraged to use the updated template for all new submissions. Manuscripts that do not comply with the new requirements may be returned for correction before entering the review process.
