Dr. Olusegun D. Samuel currently works at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria. O.D Sam does research in process intensification of biofuels production, upgrading of pyrolytic bio-oil and its efficacy of soft computing in its modeling, and techno-economic analysis, and general mechanical engineering. Their current project is entitled 'CFD studies and exergetic analysis of mechanical systems, and techno-economic and sustainability assessments of various combustion-related energy technologies'. He received Ph.D. in Thermofluid from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria (2016). Previously, he obtained an M. Eng degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria (2006) and a B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria (1999).
