Dr Ir Ibham Veza is currently a research fellow at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). He is a member of SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) International and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). He completed his PhD in mechanical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) as the best postgraduate student, developing a novel biofuel called Acetone-Butanol-Ethanol for an advanced low temperature combustion engine. His M. Eng. and B.Eng. were obtained in Indonesia: Universitas Pancasila (2013) and Institut Teknologi Bandung (2007), respectively. Dr Ir Ibham has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles in his research career. He has been serving as a guest reviewer in a number of prestigious journals such as Fuel, Journal of Cleaner Production and International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, with over 100 papers having been reviewed thus far. Since 2022, he has been working as a review editor at Frontiers in Energy Research for the Editorial Board section of Advanced Clean Fuel Technologies and Bioenergy & Biofuels.
