We realize that providing true information to stakeholders is one of our missions in developing journals. Therefore, some important questions that we often receive via email and WhatApps we summarize and we write in the FAQ list as follows.

 About Submission and Manuscript Preparation

 Can I submit the manuscript via email?
No. We will only process the manuscript submitted via OJS. If you don't have an account, please register with our journal. However, if you need a consultation before submitting, we are open to serving consultations via email or WhatsApp. You can easily find our contacts on the journal website.

 I lost my password. How do I reset my password?
Before you log in, you can access the "Forgot your password?" link. After clicking the link, you will be asked to enter your email address which you used to create your account here. The next instruction to reset your password will be sent to your email and you should follow it.

 I cannot remember my email address. How can I log in?
If you cannot remember your email associated with your account here and you still want to access your account, you must send an email to our support address informing your full name and your username if you still remember it.

 How do I change my password?
To change your password, you must log in to your account and click the "Change My Password" link at the "My Account" block.

 I want to submit my manuscript here. What should I do?
You should carefully follow the author guidelines available here. A link to download the required article template is also available there.

 How should I prepare my manuscript?
You should prepare your article according to the guidelines available here. We recommend that you do a self-evaluation using the MRL available here.

 Will the submission be peer-reviewed?
Yes. It is a blind peer-review process. For more details, please read the peer-review process.

 Can I suggest some potential reviewers for my manuscript?
Yes. You can suggest up to 4 reviewers for a submission. However, the assignment of reviewers is fully the authority of the Editor.

 I have submitted my manuscript. What should I do now?
The corresponding author will receive an email each time he/she is required to take action upon something. He/She can also observe the status of the paper from his/her account  (this link only works for the author, after login).

 Where can I find a complete journal menu?
You can access the "Author Information Pack" in the journal sidebar menu. On the right side of the journal page (desktop version) or after the current issue (mobile version).

 Did Automotive Experiences receive a review paper?
Yes. We accept original research papers, review papers, and case studies. The characteristics of each type of paper can be accessed in the menu of "Type of Article

 What is the scope/coverage area of the journal?
In principle, we only accept manuscripts that contribute to automotive science and technology. For more details, please click the "Aim & Scope"

 Is Automotive Experiences a peer-reviewed journal?
Yes. We expressly state that Automotive Experiences are subject to peer-reviewed journal standards and respect publication ethics. For more details, please click on "Peer-review Process" and "Publication Ethics"

 Is Automotive Experiences applying DOI and CrossMark?
Yes. All articles published by Automotive Experiences have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to provide guarantees to authors regarding long-term archiving (DOI Prefix: 10.31603/ae by ). Automotive Experiences also applying CrossMark to maintain the content published and alert readers to changes if and when they occur. CrossMark icon is attached to every article, both XML and pdf versions.

 Is Automotive Experiences Open Acess Journal?
Yes. Automotive Experience is a free access and open-access (OA) journal. For more information, please read the journal OA policy. You can also access articles about the differences between free access journals and open access journals in here.

 Are there abstract length restrictions?
A good abstract is concise but at least contains the problem, purpose, method, important findings, and implications of the research, as explained in the author's guidelines. Alternatives to compiling a good abstract can also be read here.
