Lack of novelty or originality in health innovation, methodological flaws, insufficiently analyzed data, inconsistencies in logic or argumentation, poor writing quality, inadequate literature review, lack of significance or contribution to health innovation, flawed or biased research design, and unaddressed reviewer comments from previous submissions without any clear reason.
