 Meet the Editor

Sumarno Adi Subrata Ph.D., as Editor-in-Chief, has research expertise in wound care and urology. He is also a member of the Wound Care Alliance in the UK. To fulfill the growing need for nursing care, he developed several algorithms in the wound care and urology care process. As of late, he has published 27 articles (22 of which he authored as the first author) and serves as a reviewer with more than 200 articles reviewed in reputable international journals. He also has a Scopus H-index of 7 as an achievement in publication. In 2024, he was honoured with outstanding recognition at the Journal of Wound Care Awards in the Pressure Care category. Recently, he received the award for 'Continence and Urology Nurse of the Year' from the British Journal of Nursing in 2025, recognizing his outstanding achievements in the field of Urological Nursing.
